With over a decade in Employee Development at The Boeing Company, Abbey has extensive experience managing leadership programs, developing and executing enterprise-wide talent management strategies, designing training curriculum and providing one-on-one coaching.

She feels most alive in her work when helping others grow in their ability to better lead and serve those around them.
Abbey calls Boise, Idaho home, where she lives with her husband, two girls and loyal black lab. You can often find her hosting parties, on family adventures, running or consuming dark chocolate.
Abbey continues to lead talent management programs part-time at Boeing and also serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Assessment Leaders while running élan.
